2.0 Required Documentation

The process does not require the furnishing of any physical documents. We will require the following information;

• Director Names and Addresses [A minimum of 2 Directors]
• Director ID Numbers or Passport Numbers for Foreign Directors
• Company Address [A Residential Address will suffice where a Commercial Address is not available]
• Company Objective
• Shareholder Details [Names and Addresses of Shareholders]
